There is nothing that's more likely to make me start beating myself up than if I eat a whole bunch of stuff that's not right for me.<br /><br />I love the Spring Summer months for healthy eating as there is so much fruit around and veggies and they are much cheaper.<br /><br />I think when I'm eating right then everything else seems to just slot in somehow.
